Summer Accommodation Terms & Conditions

1. A non refundable deposit of 10% of the total amount is required to confirm booking. All balances are automatically taken from the credit card on day of arrival.

2. Cancellations Policy – Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival at which time the deposit is forfeit. Within 48 hours prior to arrival one nights accommodation will be charged to credit card.

3. Rentals can commence on any day of the week.

4. Check in time is between 3.00pm – 9.00pm. Late check in is possible with the Night porter on duty. Please notify management during normal office hours if this is required.

5. Inventory: Each property is fitted with the necessary requirements for day to day living and enjoyment. Please ask at reception if you require any further items and if available we will endeavour to supply same. This is not guaranteed if not in stock.

6. The Self Catering Rental Fee covers all necessary equipment for the apartment, Bed Linen, Duvets. Additional Towels incur an additional charge.

7. The number of people stated on the Booking Form must not be exceeded without the permission of the management.

8. Possession of the Apartment can only be taken after 3.00pm on the day of arrival and the apartment must be vacated by 12.00noon on date of departure, or by arrangement with the management.

9. No responsibility will be taken for articles lost on or stolen from the property or from cars parked within the complex. All cars are parked at your own risk.

10. The Apartment and its contents must be maintained and left in a clean and tidy condition. A Credit Card will be required at time of booking to secure the reservation. If the terms and conditions are not complied with, an additional cleaning charge may be incurred.

11. All breakages and damages must be paid for before departure.

12. It is understood that a person making a reservation undertakes not to permit to be done by any member of their party including themselves, and/or related guests, anything which may, in the opinion of the management, be or become a nuisance or annoyance which shall in any way interfere with the peace or general comfort of other residents in the complex.

13. With the exception of Guide Dogs, Pets are not permitted in the Complex.

14. The Management reserves the right to refuse a booking and to terminate the rental for any breach of the above conditions.

15. €20 administration charge will be required for any room change requests.

16. Group bookings require a 20% non refundable deposit. A further group contract with the group leader/organizer will be completed on booking.
